Usual adult dose
Usual adult dose: 1 to 3 sachets a day, each dissolved in about 125 ml of water. It usually works within 1 to 3 days. Children: special paediatric sachets — ask your doctor.
Your doctor may give you a different dose. Children's doses depend on weight.

Stop taking it and see a doctor straight away if you notice:
- severe diarrhoea with dizziness or weakness (dehydration

- severe allergic reaction

- Severe inflammatory bowel disease
- Heart failure (sachets contain salts — use with caution)
